It is noted that the organizers of the party were students of various educational institutions of Yekaterinburg. There were no young people at the place of residence, so the police contacted them by mobile phones and called for voluntarily to come to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city.
“Young people listened to the arguments of the police and voluntarily appeared at the appointed time. They were officially questioned, ”Gorelykh said.
In respect of each of the violators, an administrative case was opened under article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia. They agreed that they had violated the law and expressed regret that the event they held caused a resonance.
Earlier, the police began a check on the fact of a mass disco at the government house in Yekaterinburg
