July 17, 2020 The charge of pre-intentional murder was confirmed for the four young men accused of having caused panic among the crowd in Piazza San Carlo in Turin on the evening of June 3, 2017 during the screening on the giant screen of the Champions League final Juventus-Real Madrid.

This was decided by the Assize Court of Appeal. The sentences remain between 10 years 4 months and 20 days and 10 years 3 months and 24 days.

The four, in the square, used pepper spray to commit robberies: the waves of panic caused 1500 injuries and later the death of two women.
