Four dead, 60 people injured, including six seriously: this is the unfortunate record of accidents on the roads of the Bas-Rhin in July. In the past two weeks, "the proliferation of bad behavior" has led to a significant increase in accidents, the prefecture said in a press release.

Clearly, they increased by 11% compared to the beginning of the year, "less the confinement period". In question ? "Excessive speed and the use of distractors (telephone while driving)," details the prefecture, calling for caution. The police are watching over it and noted "13 speeding speeds over 40 km / h" just last week.
