It was shortly after eight o'clock that an ambulance and police were alerted to an address in Bankeryd. At the address was a man in his 40s who had been beaten. The victim was taken to hospital, but the injury situation for him is unknown.
Police have arrested a 45-year-old man suspected of aggravated assault. His home has been cordoned off for a crime scene investigation. The police have also found suspected stolen goods, electric tools, in the home. Therefore, a notification of receiving will also be made.
