The Ministry of Health and Population of Egypt announced, on Thursday, that it recorded 53 new deaths from the new Corona virus, which raised the death toll since the outbreak began in March to 4120 cases.

The ministry also announced the registration of 928 new cases of the virus, which raised the total infections recorded by Egypt until Thursday to 85,771 cases.

The daily injuries peaked in June, when they exceeded 1700 cases, but they gradually retreated to remain below 1,000 cases over the past week.

Ministry of Health and Population spokesman Khaled Mujahid said that 556 new HIV recoverers had left hospitals after receiving medical care, bringing the total of those recovered to 26,691 as of Thursday.

Egypt imposes various preventive measures, including putting a muzzle inside public institutions, bodies, companies, and citizen service centers.
