China News Network Beijing, July 16th, the country will officially "fall in" from the 16th, and this year's "three volts" will last up to 40 days. At present, in the national weather map, rainfall is still the protagonist, and a new round of heavy rainfall will start on the 17th. In most areas of southern China, the high temperature days of the "steaming" mode have also appeared.

A new round of heavy precipitation will hit the upper reaches of the Yangtze River with high risk of disaster

At present, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are in the strongest period of a new round of heavy precipitation. Due to the high degree of overlap between the precipitation area and the previous rainfall coverage, the flood control pressure is greater.

The heavy rainfall of the "wheel war" does not leave a chance to rest in the southern region. The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that from the 17th to the 19th, there will be strong precipitation in the eastern southwestern region, southern Huanghuai, southern Jianghan, Jianghuai, northern Jiangnan, etc. There are heavy rainstorms in the above areas, and heavy rainstorms in some areas.

At the press conference of the China Meteorological Administration on the 15th, Wang Jianjie, director of the Central Meteorological Observatory, said that it is important to pay attention to the heavy precipitation from the west to the east of the Yangtze River Basin, Jianghuai and Huanghuai from the 18th to the 19th. This round of rainfall will cause flood control pressure on the Yangtze River and the two lakes. After July 20, the rain area will move northward from the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the heavy precipitation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River will end.

In terms of short-term and medium-term effects, in the next 10 days, the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River will have relatively high frequency of precipitation, more days of precipitation, and a greater amount of accumulated rainfall. Therefore, it is necessary to take special precautions against geological disasters and floods in small and medium-sized rivers in these places. The precautions at the junction of Sichuan and Chongqing, southern Gansu and southern Shaanxi, and the Huaihe River Basin also need to be strengthened.

China Meteorological Administration reminded that there will still be heavy rainfall in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from the 15th to the 16th, especially in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. The heavy rains will be maintained for the next 10 days. The superposition effect is obvious and the risk of disasters is very high. Flood control work for large rivers, lakes, Dongting Lake and Taihu Lake.

Pay attention to flood control when the Yellow River and the Yellow River arrive in the  north

Right now, the "three days" began, and the critical period of "seven times and eight days" flood control has also arrived.

Wang Zhihua, deputy director of the Emergency Disaster Mitigation and Public Service Department of China Meteorological Administration and press spokesperson, introduced on the 15th that during the "seven times and eight days" (July 16-August 15), China's precipitation will generally show "Spatial distribution. The main rain belt in the eastern part of China presents obvious characteristics of periodic changes.

Specifically, at the end of mid-July, the main rain belt is located between the Yangtze River and the Yellow River, and the intensity of precipitation is strong. From late July to early August, the main rain belt lifts the north to Huanghuai and North China to the south-central northeast region.

According to the prediction of the National Climate Center, the main heavy precipitation area during the period of "Seven Downs and Eight Ups" is in northern China. The precipitation in the Songhua River Basin, Liaohe River, Haihe River, Huaihe River, and the Middle and Lower Yellow River, including the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, are all more than normal. Due to the particularity of precipitation in the north, while doing well in flood control in the south, the pressure on flood control in the north is also relatively large.

In addition, the impact of typhoons cannot be ignored during the period of "Seven Downs and Eight Ups." It is predicted that during this period, the number of typhoons generated in the Northwest Pacific and the South China Sea is 3-4, which is slightly less than the same period of the normal year (5). Typhoon activity began to be active from late July. The number of typhoons landing in my country is 2 to 3, which is slightly more than the same period in normal years (2).

Meteorological experts suggested that during the "seven times and eight days", the flood prevention work in the northern Huaihe River Basin, the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the Haihe River Basin, the Liaohe River Basin and the Songhua River Basin should be strengthened, and the prevention of torrential geological disasters in the northwest of the southwestern region and the east and south of the northwestern region, At the same time, all preparations for typhoon prevention in southern China and the southeast coast will be made.

Formally "into the ambush" South China "steaming" non-stop

It is now in mid-July, and the hottest season of the year is coming. The familiar "three days" has officially opened on the 16th, and many places have entered the "steaming" mode.

"Three volts" is the general term for "early volts", "middle volts" and "last volts". It is just between the small summer heat and the big summer heat. It is the hottest and humid and hot day of the year. This year's "three volts" lasted for 40 days, from July 16 to July 25 as "first volts", from July 26 to August 14 as "middle volts", and from August 15 to August 24 as "End of the day".

In fact, recently, many places in the South have entered the "steaming" mode. Take 15 o'clock on July 15 as an example. Among the top ten cities in the country, 7 of them are southern stations with temperatures above 38℃.

According to meteorological monitoring, under the control of the strong subtropical high, the high temperature in southern China does not go offline. Even if the subtropical high has weakened in the past two days, the sultry weather in southern China will not change much.

Perennially, Chongqing, Fuzhou, and Hangzhou are the capital cities with the highest temperatures in the "three days". Under the control of a strong subtropical high, the Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that in the next three days, the central and southern Jiangnan, most of South China, eastern Inner Mongolia, western Northeast China, northern Xinjiang, and southern Xinjiang Basin will continue to have sultry weather, with high temperatures of 35-38℃ in many places Weather, the local maximum temperature exceeds 40 ℃.

Fujian Provincial Meteorological Station continued to issue high-temperature orange warning signals at 16:17 on July 15. On the 16th, the maximum temperature in most parts of the province can reach above 35℃, among which some cities in eastern Sanming, eastern Longyan, western Fuzhou, central Quanzhou, and central and northern Zhangzhou can reach 37~39℃.

The agricultural proverb says: "Small heat is not hot, big heat is three days". At this time, the public should pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling.
