The Interior Ministry said that “despite this, a group of activists organized an unauthorized event, during which a procession was organized along Strastnoy Boulevard with the subsequent blocking of the carriageway in the vicinity of Petrovsky Boulevard No. 8 and the creation of traffic obstruction”.
The ministry said that "police officers together with employees of the Russian Guard have violated public order in the center of Moscow."
“132 people were brought to the territorial police departments for the trial,” the Interior Ministry said.
The ministry added that "in relation to them, the issue of bringing to responsibility established by law is being decided."
