The alarm about the fire came in to the rescue service just before 01 o'clock at night. According to operations manager Johan Gagnert, the fire was fully developed when they arrived at the scene.
- It was a bit unclear information and we suspected at first that there could be people left in the house, but it turned out that it did not, says Johan Gagnert.
After an hour or so, the firefighters had the apartment fire under control. The rescue service was then on site for a few more hours for post-extinguishing. Several apartments were damaged by smoke.
- In total, there are four apartments that are not usable, says task leader Johan Gagnert.
