China News Service, July 14th—According to the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), there were three shootings in Brooklyn, New York on the 13th local time. A suspect drove continuously to shoot pedestrians, and at least five people were shot.

  The New York Police Department said a 23-year-old woman had four shots in the chest. About 12 minutes later, three 19-year-old men were shot in the limbs and back. After another two minutes, another 19-year-old man was shot in the back and a woman riding a motorcycle with him fell off the car and was injured.

  All victims were taken to hospital. Police said they were hunting down the gunman, and the murderer fled in a white car.

  In the 24 hours on the 13th, 14 shootings occurred in New York City and 18 people were shot. Less than 24 hours before the violence, a shooting occurred in Brooklyn, killing a 1-year-old boy and injuring 3 people.
