The three brothers of Antonio Aníritu , the alleged murderer of the Alcàsser girls , accused of extorting a man after a robbery of half a million euros, have denied the facts in the trial held this morning in Valencia. One of them has told the judges that he had a "strong" discussion with the victim but "nothing else": "We got a little into our hands but nothing, two hosts."

The brothers of Angles and another fourth person have sat this Tuesday on the bench of the accused, in the fourth section of the Audiencia of Valencia , for alleged crimes of extortion in competition with a minor crime of injuries, illegal possession of weapons and crimes against public health, for which the Prosecutor's Office requests sentences of between five and 12 years in prison.

For its part, the defense claims free acquittal for all except one of the brothers, whom he considers to be the author of a crime of unlawful possession of weapons and asks for one year in prison. The victim has not come to give a statement because he is in search and capture for drug trafficking. The trial has been seen for sentencing.

None of the four defendants has wanted to answer the questions asked by the prosecution, but their defense attorney did. They have denied any type of extortion, coercion or injury to the victim on the day the events occurred, on December 21, 2017, at the home of one of the accused.

The accused met with the man to reproach him for having stolen 500,000 euros stored in a vehicle, according to the prosecutor. When the victim denied the accusation, one of the defendants - always according to the version of the public prosecutor's office - pointed a gun at him and threatened to stab him with an AIDS-infected syringe.

The four defendants then kicked and punched him. In this way they managed to bend their will to compel him to accompany them to a notary, where he signed the transfer of 40% of the shares he owned at a gas station in Yecla (Murcia) in favor of one of them, who was the co-owner of the company.

The defendants differ from these statements. One of the brothers explained at the trial that the victim was his partner and friend "for many years." In fact, he has indicated that he was also the godfather of his son. On the day of the events, he said that he was at his house with his brothers and other friends, looking at a car they had bought.

About three or four days before, both had "agreed" that the victim would transfer his powers from a business they shared, from a gas station, because he was not ordering. "He was not in charge of anything, everything happened. So we went to sign the transfer of powers so that I could take charge and he did not refuse. He said yes without any problem," he said.

After signing, he narrated that they discussed "strongly" due to problems related to the fact that he had neglected the business and said: " We got a little, but nothing, two hosts ."

The gas station was subsequently sold, a year later, and the profit was distributed, he explained. Regarding the weapon and drugs found at his home, the defendant has indicated that he bought the gun out of fear, because he had been robbed in a station collection years before and to protect himself. Regarding the drug, he has stated that he was a cocaine user and that he kept heroin for his brother, who is a drug addict, with the aim of administering it.

The other two brothers agreed that on the day of the events, while looking at a new vehicle that had been purchased, they saw nothing unusual "or unusual." This version has been the same as that of the fourth accused.

During the trial, one of the officers who investigated the facts also appeared and explained that the victim denounced and told them that one of the brothers told him that they had stolen 500,000 euros that he had in his car and that he believed it had been someone from its environment. They put him to the polygraph test with a gun and "passed it," he said.

Within days, as he explained to the police, he was summoned again at his home and beaten and accused of the robbery. They threatened him with a contaminated weapon, handcuffs, and a syringe and told him that they were going to kill him if he did not give up the actions of the gas station. So they transferred him to a notary and he signed.
