- There are many companies on the internet that offer antibody tests that are not known to be reliable, says Arnold Lennartsson, medically responsible nurse (MAS) in Alvesta to SVT Nyheter Småland.

According to the new guidelines that the National Board of Health and Welfare presented on Tuesday, asymptomatic people who have antibodies to covid-19 can now visit inside homes. It is up to each business to ensure that the test results are reliable and not older than six months.

- It is unclear how this can be done and whether a test certificate or result is sufficient. People can still have the virus in their hands and clothes so it does not matter if they have antibodies or not, they can be infected in any case, he says.

The National Board of Health and Welfare recommends that nursing homes primarily receive visits outdoors.

- The important thing is to know how to do it in a safe way and secure human resources, says Arnold Lennartsson.
