“An indictment was approved on the criminal case against the sisters of Krestina and Angelina Khachaturian, who were accused under article 105, part 2 of clause 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia, committed in July 2018 by a group of persons by prior conspiracy to kill their father ", - reported in the department.

Copies of the indictment were presented to the accused. The criminal case will be sent to the Moscow City Court for consideration on the merits.

It is also reported that “a resolution was approved on the direction of the allocated criminal case against the younger sister, Maria Khachaturian, in court for the application of a coercive medical measure”.

“After serving the defender with a copy of this decision on July 14, 2020, the criminal case will be sent by jurisdiction to the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow,” the statement said.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee of Russia completed an additional criminal investigation into the killing of his father by the sisters Khachaturian.

The ministry said that "at present the criminal case against Krestina and Angelina Khachaturian has been sent to the prosecutor with an indictment, and against Maria Khachaturian - with a decision on the use of a coercive medical measure."

On July 27, 2018, the body of Mikhail Khachaturian with multiple stab wounds was found in a house on Altufevskoye Shosse. In August 2018, the Khachaturian sisters pleaded guilty to the murder of their father and gave detailed evidence in the framework of this case.
