Three restaurants, two in Växjö and one in Borgholm, which were checked by the respective municipalities at the end of last week, have not taken sufficient measures to reduce the risk of spreading the corona virus, according to the municipalities' protocol.

Congestion occurred at all three restaurants, partly because the tables stood too tight. The restaurants are now required to glide out between the tables so that there is at least a meter distance between seated parties and so that no crowding occurs when guests walk to and from their tables.

One of the restaurants is also recommended to put up more and clearer information signs that encourage guests to keep their distance.

The measures must be taken promptly and the municipalities will make further visits to check that adequate measures have been taken.
