Earlier this week, the government received a request from the County Administrative Board in Stockholm to introduce the temporary law. Helena Klange, Press Manager at UL, hopes that it will be introduced and that it will also apply in Uppsala.
- I think it would be great for our drivers, she says.
The drivers in Uppsala already have the right to drive past bus stops when there are too many people on the bus, but this rarely happens because there are also departing passengers who want to stop.
