"The flight IAE4406 of the airline" IrAero "with 59 passengers on board flew to Irkutsk," TASS quoted Russia's Consul General in Ho Chi Minh, Alexei Popov.
According to him, there are Russians on board who registered on the State Services portal and were included in the export lists.
He added that consulate general assisted in sending the flight.
Earlier, 61 Russian citizens flew on a charter export flight from Tashkent to Rostov-on-Don, the Russian Embassy in Uzbekistan said.
