His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum confirmed that the new government reflects the vision of its leader, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, to keep pace with developments, achieve further development, accelerate achievements in various fields, and prepare for early implementation of its national vision.
His Highness addressed a speech to His Excellency the ministers after the swearing-in ceremony, in which he stressed the need to continue development efforts for various sectors of the state, and focus during the coming period on national priorities and early and proactive preparation for all developments, where His Highness said: "Our bet is great on the government to implement the priorities and aspirations of our people during the coming period. .. And we have before us a government season full of achievements and qualitative leaps in our vital national files. "
His Highness added: "We have set a year for every official to achieve the goals of his sectors ... We have the flexibility to change and form our government whenever the need arises to serve our homeland ... What is important during the coming period is to see results on the ground and develop comprehensive, proactive approaches that anticipate the future and its challenges."
His Highness stressed that "ministerial changes, adding national files and merging bodies and institutions in the Emirates government came to focus efforts and achieve more impactful results in the lives of citizens and residents in the UAE, and these changes increase our determination to provide a better future for future generations."
His Highness also stressed that "the UAE government relies in its vision of the coming stage on the promotion and development of vital files, including water and food security, the development of industries and digital platforms, and reliance on research and knowledge and the employment of artificial intelligence in government services."

The new formation included abolishing 50% of government service centers and converting them to digital platforms within two years, in addition to merging about 50% of federal bodies with each other or within ministries, in addition to creating positions for new state ministers, and creating executive heads in specialized sectors.
