General Baek Seon-yeop, who died at the age of 100 as a fighter of the Korean War, was confirmed as the National Cemetery of Daejeon Hyeonchungwon.

The funeral is held for five days as the head of the army.

The army announced today that it will hold the ceremony for the head of the army at the Asan Medical Center in Seoul at 7:30 am on the 15th.

The wedding ceremony will be held on the same day (15th) at 11:30 in Daejeon Hyeonchungwon.

The chairman of the funeral office is the chairman of the ROK Vice-Chairman Seo Wook, and the vice-chairman Seung-gyeom Kim, chief of staff of the Army.

In the press release issued by the army, the Army stated, "General General Baek Seon-yeop was inaugurated as the 1st Division Commander in April 1950 and was the first South Korean military to win a great victory through a joint operation in the Battle of the Battle of Nakdonggang District. "In October of the same year, the 1st Division of the ROK Army recaptured Pyongyang first, raising the pride of the nation and the morale of the people," he said.

General Seon-yeop Baek, who died at 11:04 p.m. yesterday (10th) at night, was promoted to army commander in January 1953 at the age of 33, and became the first 4-star general in Korean military history.

The Army attended General Seon-yeop Paik as the representative of the South Korean army when the United States began a ceasefire negotiations with North Korea and China in July 1951, and was appointed to the Army Chief of Staff in 1952, establishing 10 reserve divisions with General Ben Fleet of the U.S. Army. He said he was at the forefront of military modernization, including system reform.

General Baek's vacancy was prepared at Seoul Asan Hospital.
