“Disciplinary proceedings have been instituted against lawyers Elman Pashayev and Alexander Dobrovinsky,” TASS was told in the press service of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of Russia.
Earlier, lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, who represents the family of Sergei Zakharov, who died in an accident with the participation of actor Mikhail Efremov, talked about the “undercover game” in connection with a criminal case.
The accident occurred on the evening of June 8, when Efremov drove by car into the oncoming lane in Moscow and crashed into a van.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the van died in the hospital. An examination established that Efremov was drunk.
