“Today, the Dutch government decided to file a lawsuit against Russia with the European Court of Human Rights for its role in the crash of flight MH17,” the statement said.
The government, the report says, when submitting this petition, "shares all available and relevant information about the crash of MH17."
In March, the Netherlands began hearings on the MH17 crash case.
