In her appeal, she claims that there is no legal basis for the City Council to refuse her discharge and that the decision is illegal, writes Vimmerby Tidning.
She points out, among other things, that the council in the decision writes that she "failed especially as a summer" as leader, and believes that she could not serve during the period since she was banned from staying in the city hall in early September.
Before the administrative court makes a decision, the municipality must also comment.
