Kim Yeo- jeong, North Korea's first vice-president of the Labor Party, said in a talk with the Chosun JoongAng News Agency that there will be no North American summit this year.

"The North American summit is only necessary for the United States and is useless for North Korea," said Kim.

He continued, "Even if the talks are successful, there are no outcomes to be achieved in the negotiations, nor even expectations."

Kim Yeo-jung said, "North Korea is not saying that it will never denuclearize, but that it cannot do it now."

He also insisted that the main subject of the North American negotiations of'denuclearization measures vs. lifting sanctions' in the past period should now be fixed as a framework for the revocation of hostilities versus the resumption of the US negotiations.

Lastly, Chairman Kim Jong-un said to President Trump, who is about to hold a presidential election in November, "I wished good results and said hello."
