According to the head of the republic, the Ukrainian media previously published a “recording of the conversation” between Poroshenko and Biden, from which it follows that the former president of Ukraine “confirmed the involvement of the Ukrainian military in the attempted sabotage in Crimea in August 2016.”

“The released record once again confirms what we are constantly talking about: terrorism is part of the state policy of the Kiev regime, regardless of personalities,” he wrote on Facebook.

According to him, this also explains "the true reasons for Ukraine’s refusal to cooperate with Russia in the fight against terrorism."

Earlier, STRANA.ua published a transcript of alleged Biden’s conversation with Poroshenko in 2016 about sabotage in the Crimea. Records were presented by the Ukrainian deputy of Ukraine Andrey Derkach.

Biden on the record expresses concern about the allegedly sabotage operation of the Ukrainian intelligence services in Crimea and supposedly asks Poroshenko to take measures to prevent this from happening again.

On the night of August 6-7, 2016, a group of saboteurs was discovered near the city of Armyansk in the Crimea. When detaining terrorists, an FSB officer died.

In addition, Derkach unveiled a record of allegedly a telephone conversation between Poroshenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Spokesman for the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov commented on reports of the publication of the conversation.
