Putin thanked the President of the PRC for sending a delegation and units of the Chinese army to participate in the Victory Parade in Moscow.
A high assessment was given of the achieved level of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. The desire to continue to actively build up economic interaction was emphasized.
Earlier it was reported that Xi Jinping, in a telephone conversation with Putin, said that close strategic cooperation between Russia and China was urgently needed.
