He also noted that some sectors in Belarus, even in a pandemic, are showing growth and avoiding a sharp drop in GDP - this is agriculture, construction, information and communications.

Earlier, Golovchenko, during a speech in parliament, called for ridding the country's economy of hydrocarbon dependence.
