Right now, there are many spontaneity campers, who travel around Gotland and show up without pre-booking.

- Our receptionist has been able to move out and help set up tents, for example, so you notice that it is a beginner, but we also have many old people in the game, laughs Jasmine Rosell.

The metropolitan counties and Gotland counties lost most

However, the decline in hotels is still soaring. The number of guest nights in Gotland County decreased by 66 percent in May compared to May 2019.

Total accommodation income for commercial housing facilities in Sweden decreased by just over SEK 2.3 billion or 77 per cent compared with May 2019.
