Amadou Gon Coulibaly, the Ivorian Prime Minister and designated dolphin of Alassane Ouattara, died Wednesday July 8. According to our colleagues from RFI, he became uneasy during the Council of Ministers and died after his evacuation at the Pisane polyclinic.

The Prime Minister returned with great fanfare to Côte d'Ivoire on July 2 after two months of absence due to heart problems.
