According to RIA Novosti, Gryzlov said this following a meeting of the group.

“During today's conference, Kiev refused the previously agreed agreements on compiling exchange lists in accordance with the four categories of held persons,” he said.

According to him, during the meeting, the delegation of Kiev stated that it “wants two more categories” of people.

He also said that Kiev did not agree on the mine clearance areas proposed by Lugansk, which are humanitarianly critical. 

In May, Gryzlov announced the disruption by Kiev of the work of the contact group in the Donbass.
