"The US Navy's Arleigh Burke Porter class destroyer launched a campaign on July 7 south from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean after security operations," the report said.
The press service recalled that the ship entered the Black Sea on June 17 to conduct maneuvers in order to strengthen cooperation with NATO allies.
The forces of the Russian Southern Military District tracked the actions of the ship.
