According to the adopted document, employees of the Russian Guard will take the oath as military personnel and employees of other departments with special ranks.
“The solemn acceptance of obligations by people whom the state gives special rights and powers should contribute to the formation of their high legal consciousness,” - quotes the words of Vasily Piskaryov, one of the authors of the initiative.
The law also proposes the text of the oath.
“I swear in the exercise of the powers of an officer of the National Guard troops: to respect and protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen; Holy observe the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws; be courageous, honest and vigilant, do not spare your strength in the fight against crime; to carry out my official duty with dignity and the responsibilities assigned to me to ensure security, the rule of law and the rule of law; to keep state and official secrets, ”the text of the oath is given.
Last summer, the State Duma introduced a draft law establishing the military oath on November 21.
