The press service of the department confirmed the publication of the preparation of the bill.
“On behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia T.A. Golikova drafted a bill on the transfer to the constituent entities of Russia of the authority to independently determine the types of medical activity, the implementation of which does not impede the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in stores and cafes in the adjacent territories, ”the commentary says.
Each region will make a decision taking into account the socio-economic situation, the level of development of trade and public catering, as well as the provision of the population with the area of trade facilities.
The bill is planned to be submitted to the government in the III quarter of this year.
On May 5, a law came into force in Russia on the prohibition of the sale of alcoholic beverages in small catering facilities located in apartment buildings and in adjacent territories.
