An emergency was declared in Atlanta, Georgia, where an eight-year-old black girl was shot and killed.

According to the Associated Press, Georgia Governor Bryan Kemp declared an emergency on the 6th (local time) and approved up to 1,000 state defense forces to patrol the state capitol and governor's residence and patrol the area.

In Georgia, the capital of Georgia, dozens of shootings occurred during the Independence Day holiday, killing five people and injuring 20 others.

In particular, on the 4th day of the Independence Day, an 8-year-old black girl, Se Korea Turner, was riding in a car with her mother and killed by a gunshot.

No more than two suspected criminals have been caught.

In response, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottom Atlanta held a press conference on the 5th and asked for a tip to arrest the perpetrator, and bet $10,000 (approximately 111.1 million won) as a bounty.

Turner's death was close to where protests condemning the violence of the police were frequent on the 12th of last month when a black man Rayshard Brooks lost his life to a white policeman's gun.

Local police say Turner's vehicle was shot through an illegally installed barricade and trying to cover the parking lot.

The day after Turner's death, another shot was fired right next to the scene, killing one and injuring two others.

Governor Kemp said, "Innocent people are being shot and killed by criminals with dangerous (and anti-racist) protests who are dangerous and destructive." Said.
