South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs: US State Department Special Representative for North Korea Visits South Korea Tomorrow 

  The South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on the 6th that Stephen Biegen, the US undersecretary of state and special representative of North Korea policy, will visit South Korea from the 7th. During the three-day period of this act, Biegen will hold talks with South Korea’s Foreign Ministry Minister for Peace Negotiations on the Korean Peninsula, Li Duxun, and the South Korean President’s Office of the Blue House in charge of national security affairs.
