She explained that the defendant later commissioned her to purchase items for the company, so she went with the driver, and when she went out, I was surprised by the accused waiting for her outside the store, after he dismissed the driver, and told her that he would deliver her to her residence, she refused, but he insisted, agreed, and stopped the car in a dark area, and attacked her, except that she She defended herself, and ran away.
She explained that she was under the pressure of her need to work, but she called him to tell him that she would leave the company, because he lied and broke his promise several times, and she could not bear his actions, so he apologized, and asked her to calm down, and that she could get a two or three leave, and she could return to work later .

A colleague of the company in the public prosecutor's investigations said that he had monitored the defendant’s abuses with the victim, and that he had seen him harassed one day, and blamed him for that, but the director asked him not to interfere, if he wanted to continue in his job.
He pointed out that the accused resorted to him later to mediate with his colleague when she threatened to report, and offered 40,000 dirhams to persuade her not to move a case against him.
The witness added that he had already spoken to the victim, and told her that she was the decision maker, and that her position could not be dissuaded, but reporting it would destroy his family, and threaten the company, indicating that she refused.
