“A commission of prosecutors conducting the Audio Recording Case said today that it had decided to formally indict ex-president Evo Morales of terrorism and terrorist financing,” the prosecutor’s press service said.

According to the prosecution, Morales “coordinated the food blockade of the cities during the clashes in November 2019” after his resignation.

In December 2019, the Bolivian Ministry of Internal Affairs issued an arrest warrant for Morales on charges of rebellion, terrorism, and terrorist financing.
