She added that it is not permissible to issue statements to the concerned person from the school regarding the education policy and the Emirati school system, or to explain what the student is studying, or an indication of the digital certificate for the transport classes, and it is prohibited to use a form or special papers in the school that contain the school logo to print the certificate from the Ministry’s system, And that any amendment, change, deletion or addition of the school stamp to the certificate issued electronically by the Ministry’s system exposes the school to legal accountability.

And the sector specified in a circular on «Issuance of end-of-year electronic certificates for grades 1-12», which it issued and distributed to schools, finally, on the occasion of the announcement of the end of the results of the end of the academic year (2019/2020), directives Several general organizations to issue certificates electronically, in addition to describing the components and title of the twelfth grade certificate for public and private education schools applied to the Ministry curriculum, in addition to the technical specifications of the certificate, which are issued electronically from the Al-Manhal system for grades 1-12, and the components of the certificate (data and grades).

The Ministry clarified the specifications of the scientific document, which the student obtains after passing through educational experiences during 12 academic years, and focuses on the specifications and components of the completion certificate in the secondary stage - twelfth grade, the end of the study phase of the request in the educational ladder of the school.

General directives and organizations show that the certificate is linked to the code (QR code) with the student’s data in the certificate and its content, and it allows the certificate to be downloaded electronically, and the certificate is attached electronically to the student’s file through the Ministry’s systems in PDF format, or through other channels determined immediately after the result is issued, in addition to directing students Grades 1-12, to print the certificate on high-quality white paper, size A4, using a color printer, and coordinate with the “Al-Manhal” team well in advance, in the event that the Education Council or the Licensing Department (for private education) or school and center departments, withhold The certificate, and not being delivered to the students electronically, for reasons (financial obligations, equipment custody, or failure to complete registration data or medical examination of the national service or any other reason), according to the educational sector regulation, with the availability of the "blocking" feature in the "Al-Manhal" system.

Obtaining the 12th grade certificate
