At the end of the morning on Saturday, the firefighters were called by a warehouse fire from the Darty company, rue de Bretagne, in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre. More than fifty fire soldiers are mobilized to deal with the disaster. Very few employees were on site working Saturday in Darty's after-sales service when the fire started, reports this Sunday Press Ocean . No one was hurt.

In all likelihood, of accidental origin

In the meantime, the fire has destroyed an area of ​​300 m2 used as a workshop. The firefighters nevertheless preserved 1,700 m2 of storage, workshop and administrative areas. The economic impact is being assessed. The excavation and surveillance will be long-term, specifies the SDIS 44 (departmental fire and rescue service) in a press release. The fire is believed to be of accidental origin.
