Recently, President Moon Jae-in had to talk about the North American summit before the US presidential election.

On the contrary, he made a statement that he was making a plan to fight the United States by force.

The first vice minister of Foreign Affairs Choi Choi-hee, the command tower of North Korea's diplomatic relations with North Korea, expressed displeasure that the possibility of a North Korean summit was discussed regardless of North Korean doctors.

He said he had no idea what North Korea was thinking and said that the North American summit talks were coming out before the US presidential election.

He emphasized that there is no need to meet with the United States, saying that it is almost impossible to see what kind of attitude the United States will not take to fight the North with a new will.

He said there will be no change in North Korean policy according to US political schedules.

This means that the United States will not hold a North American summit to help Trump reelection before the US presidential election unless the United States has brought enough security to accommodate North Korea.

It is interpreted that North Korea's announcement of today's Independence Day is a refusal to the North American summit.

North Korea says it has prepared a detailed strategic calculation table to manage the long-term threats of the United States.

It is interpreted as a plan to launch a new ICBM or SLBM to counter US military threats.
