He also refuted media assumptions that Efremov’s defense would be based on versions of the actor’s “car malfunction” or “epilepsy attack”.
“You know, someone's imagination is so developed, it’s clear that people have nothing to do and nothing to do ... I’m a lawyer, how can they know how I will build Efremov’s defense? This is nonsense, of course, complete, ”he said.
On the evening of June 8, a car driven by Efremov drove into the oncoming lane on Smolenskaya Square in central Moscow and crashed into a van.
As a result of the incident, the driver of the van died in the hospital. An examination established that Efremov was drunk.
