WHO said that about 5,500 patients in 39 countries have participated in a'solidarity experiment' to study the efficacy and stability of Corona19 treatment.

In the meantime, we expected the results of the intermediate clinical trials to come soon.

[Governor Yeosu/WHO Secretary-General: We expect to see intermediate results in the next two weeks (solidarity trials).]

WHO's solidarity trials are divided into five categories: Remedyvir, a drug for Ebola, and human immunodeficiency virus drugs. It started.

When it comes to vaccines, the results of early tests in clinical trials are hopeful, but there are no vaccines that have been proven.

[Michael Ryan/WHO Assistant Director, Emergency Preparedness: It can be unwise to predict when vaccines will

come out .] Although the vaccine candidates may be available later this year, the problem is that mass production is possible.

WHO also said that about 30% of corona19 virus samples have been collected and analyzed so far.

Vaccines can negatively affect vaccine development, as vaccine development in most countries is currently based on early viruses spread from Wuhan, China.

However, WHO explained that there is no evidence that the variant virus can lead to more serious illness.
