Just before 2am the police received several calls from people who said they had witnessed a shooting in Tensta. When police arrived at the scene, they found a bus with bullet holes.
The police cannot answer the type of bus in question or if there were passengers on board, but there is no information on injuries. According to TT news agency, it was an SL bus that was in traffic when it was fired.
- I can only say that a bus driver was on the bus. He is neither injured nor suspected of being involved in the shooting, says Ola Österling of the Stockholm Police.
Police are now searching for suspected perpetrators and are investigating whether shooting has taken place in more locations in Tensta.

An investigation into attempted murder has been launched.
