Drunk, a resident of L'Isle-sur-le-Doubs, in Doubs, posed multiple problems to the gendarmes and the firemen, Tuesday evening. The 30-year-old is accused of having physically and sexually assaulted those who came to rescue him, reports L'Est Républicain.
The facts began in the red van, which was spinning towards the hospital in Trévenans. The attacker first touched the buttocks of a young firefighter, before spitting, insulting and trying to strangle his colleagues. Then the individual continued his work with the gendarmes, before being briefly hospitalized and then placed in police custody.
The three fire soldiers, all of whom were prescribed ITTs, as well as the soldier, filed complaints. The 30-something is summoned to the Besançon criminal court next January.
