After the election of Jean-Luc Moudenc as mayor by absolute majority, a minute of meditation in tribute to Jean Maubec, former municipal elected official and fighter of the Second World War, was observed. The municipal council then elected 26 assistants. Daniel Rougé, third on the "Love Toulouse" list, becomes first assistant.
