1. Anti-epidemic disease is the best protection.
Recently, there have been some cases of infection after taking temporary flights. Home protection and reducing mobility are the safest ways to protect yourself during an outbreak. The cabin space is confined, people are dense, the journey is long, and there is a great risk of cross infection. If there is no special urgent need, it is recommended to avoid rushing back to China. The embassy in Tianjin will provide everyone with the support they can to fight the epidemic in Tianjin.
2. Preliminary flight arrangements
This temporary commercial flight is operated by Hainan Airlines. The flight number is HU712. It is initially planned to take off from Harare International Airport at 12:05 noon on July 12, Zimbabwe time, and arrive at Fuzhou Changle International Airport after stopping Male. The above flight information is subject to approval by the Zimbabwe government, and time may be adjusted.
This flight is a temporary commercial flight, and the cost of airfare and return isolation shall be borne by yourself. Air ticket costs are determined by Hainan Airlines according to market principles. According to preliminary understanding, the adult economy class fare is about 4198 US dollars/piece (about 29710 yuan/piece), and the adult business class fare is about 7557 dollars/piece (about 53480 yuan/piece). The ticket for economy class for minors who are 2 years old but under 12 years old is about 3208 USD/piece (about 22705 yuan/piece); the ticket for economy class for infants under 1 year old is about 400 USD/piece (about RMB 2832 yuan/sheet). The amount of free checked baggage per passenger is two. The weight of each piece of business class luggage shall not exceed 32KG (70 pounds), and the sum of the three sides of each piece shall not exceed 158 cm (62 inches). Each piece of Economy Class baggage does not exceed 23 kg (51 lbs), and the sum of the three sides of each piece must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches). Each passenger may carry one piece of hand luggage. The weight of a single piece of hand luggage shall not exceed 10 kg (22 lbs), and the total size of the three sides shall not exceed 115 cm (45 inches). The free baggage allowance for children is the same as for adults. The amount of free checked baggage for an infant is one piece, and the weight does not exceed 23 kg (51 lb), and the total size of the three sides must not exceed 115 cm (45 inches).
Hainan Airlines will call the qualified passengers to purchase the ticket by calling and notifying the confirmed list and priority order of the previous registration by telephone notification from the HNA Customer Service Center (the caller ID will generally include +86898-95339). Please pay attention to answer the reserved call. Passengers must complete the ticket payment according to the guidelines of the HNA customer service center before boarding the flight. 3. Requirements for passengers
(1) Range of passengers
This temporary flight is mainly for Chinese citizens who have special difficulties, such as old, young, sick, disabled, and some short-term stays, and have completed online registration in accordance with the notice on June 3 of our library and have actually submitted relevant supporting materials.

(2) Passenger requirements
1. Seriously consider and bear the risks that may arise on the way back to China. Take any risks in the process of returning home by flight, including from the place of residence to the airport, flight safety, in-flight safety and in-flight infection; conscientiously accept the various epidemic prevention arrangements before boarding, during flight and after entry; actively cooperate during return isolation Measures such as physical examination and testing at the centralized isolation point voluntarily assume all responsibilities, risks and consequences brought by the centralized isolation. Purchasing tickets is deemed to agree to bear the risk and accept the relevant arrangements.
2. If there is an unsuitable boarding situation stipulated by the airline, the passenger must obey the arrangement. Confirmed and suspected cases, those who have fever, cough and other symptoms within 14 days before boarding, and those who have close contact with patients with new coronary pneumonia, please do not book or take a flight. If the body temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees (inclusive) or there are suspected symptoms before boarding, the airline will refuse to board the plane and bear the responsibility.
3. Those who fail to provide complete materials, forge materials or conceal important information within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up this opportunity.
4. Strict quarantine inspection will be carried out at the port of entry of the flight. Once a passenger who conceals his illness and contact history or finds that he has taken antipyretics and other inhibitory drugs during quarantine inspection is found, he will be held liable for the crime of endangering public safety.
5. According to the regulations of the Tianjin government's ban, if the visa is overdue during the ban, the stay period can be postponed without going through the extension procedure. However, if the visa has expired before the Tianjin ban, and the extension has not been processed in time, the party must bear the possibility of not being able to leave the country and the corresponding consequences arising therefrom.
(3) Need to prepare materials
The compatriots who have received the telephone ticket purchase from the airline are requested to prepare the following materials and hold the real originals upon boarding for collection and inspection. The embassy in item 3 can be checked in advance according to the situation.
1. Valid Chinese passport and visa or residence.

3. According to the requirements of the airline, a medical institution designated by the Zimbabwe government within 5 days before the passenger boarded the flight to prove that the passenger's COVID-19 nucleic acid test was negative. As confirmed by the embassy and Tianjin, at this stage, the only institution capable of performing concentrated nucleic acid testing for my returnees in the short term is Harare’s Lancet Clinical Laboratories, address: Borrowdale Race Course. According to this flight schedule, nucleic acid testing is tentatively scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm on July 7 and end at 5:00 pm on the 8th. The embassy will fill out the personal information collection form on behalf of all passengers. Compatriots who need to take the opportunity to return to China to go to Lancet Clinical Laboratories for testing within the specified time.
Please bring your valid ID (passport) and USD 65 cash on the day of testing. Lancet staff will charge and issue invoices on site, and then follow the on-site process for testing. The test results will be collected from the Lancet centrally after 24 hours and distributed to all passengers before boarding.
When going to Lancet Clinical Laboratories for nucleic acid testing, please wear masks according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control to reduce mutual contact, maintain social distance and good hygiene.
4. Reminders
The filled-in registration form does not mean that you are scheduled to return home. The embassy and the domestic competent authority will make overall arrangements for the return flight according to the number of flights, the difficulty of each person, the integrity and authenticity of the submitted materials.
Those who meet the boarding conditions and successfully purchase tickets should arrive in front of the international terminal of Harare International Airport on their own two hours before the scheduled flight departure. At that time, the staff of the embassy will guide the signing.
