It is about so-called smishing - fraud attempts via sms - and the Filmstadens brand is often used by the fraudsters.
- We have had a break now in the spring when we had closed. But we got to know this yesterday, says Caroline Hellström, press officer at Filmstaden.
So now it rolls a new wave of fake sms across Sweden.
- We act as soon as we can on this and make sure these sites are shut down.
The bank SEB is also affected and went out on Thursday with warnings that fake sms in their name were sent to customers.
