Since Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself in a Manhattan prison in August 2019, at the age of 66, Ghislaine Maxwell was at the top of the list of alleged accomplices in the investigation that the justice system had promised the victims to prosecute.

The ex-partner and former collaborator of the New York financier was hiding in a beautiful house in the forest, in the opulent town of Bedford, in New Hampshire when the FBI came to arrest him. Ghislaine Maxwell is notably accused of incitement to illegal sexual acts and for "helping, facilitating and contributing to the assaults on minors of Jeffrey Epstein", from 1994 to 1997. That is to say several years before the facts for which he had been charged in July 2019, which dated from the early 2000s.

Three of these young girls, some of whom were barely 14 years old at the material time, accuse him of having become their friend by taking them to the movies or shopping and of having them massage and then have sex with Jeffrey Epstein. She herself would have attended several of these sessions, in New York, Florida, New Mexico but also in London, indicates our correspondent in Houston, Thomas Harms .

Ghislaine Maxwell has always denied. She was also sought after for lying under oath in 2016. This American and British citizen, born in the Paris region, had disappeared from circulation since the financier's arrest in July 2019, fueling all the speculation, relayed by the tabloids British.
