The book "Too Much and Never Enough, How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man" is written by Mary Trump, daughter of President's elder brother Fred Jr, who passed away in 1981.

"Breach of contract"

Her biography of the Trump family is scheduled to be released July 28, just weeks before the Republican Party convention ahead of this fall's presidential election. The advance interest is huge, the book already tops the online giant Amazon's sales list.

On Tuesday, the distribution of the book was halted by a court since the president's younger brother Robert claimed it was in breach of a secrecy agreement that Mary Trump had previously signed with the family. On Wednesday evening the decision was canceled, which means that the publisher can now continue to print and distribute the book.

Called the right

The author, Mary Trump, is called to the court for a hearing on July 10. But according to information in the US media, it will be extremely difficult for Robert Trump to get the book stopped, because the publication date is so close.

The publisher, Simon & Schuster, praises in a statement the court's decision.

"The book, which addresses issues of great public interest and importance about a sitting president during an election year, should not be concealed for a single day," says the author's lawyer Ted Boutrous, according to the AP News Agency.

"Nightmare of trauma"

The biography is said to draw an all but flattering picture of the Trump family; "A nightmare of trauma, destructive conditions and a bleak combination of neglect and abuse". The author should also describe how Donald Trump devoted himself to criminal economic activities.

The publisher's attorneys claimed on Tuesday that thousands of copies of the book have been printed and distributed to retailers even before, and therefore the book's content cannot be stopped.

Earlier this summer, a failed attempt was made to stop the book "The Room Where It Happened," in which former US security adviser John Bolton claims, among other things, that President Trump was trying to persuade China's president to help him win the election in November.
