“This provision defines the features of putting into civil circulation without applying identification means of medicines for medical use, produced from July 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020, as well as importing into Russia without applying identification means for putting into civil circulation medicines for medical use, ”the document says.
We are talking about drugs, with the exception of drugs intended for people with hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, pituitary dwarfism, Gaucher disease, malignant neoplasms of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissues, multiple sclerosis, persons after organ and tissue transplantation.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko announced the start of drug labeling on July 1.
Airat Farrakhov, deputy chairman of the State Duma’s commission on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, commented on the idea of postponing the mandatory labeling of drugs and shoes.
