The suspected 23-year-old man is charged with aggravated arson after a bed and breakfast at Björkholmen in Karlskrona was totally destroyed on the night of January 28.

- We have been able to see with the help of receipts that he traded motor gasoline during the day and this flammable liquid has since been found both where the fire started and on the man's clothes, Charlotta Hellberg, prosecutor, told SVT News Blekinge at an earlier occasion.

The prosecutor has assessed the crime as serious because the fire was built in a densely built-up area.

- The risk of spreading to one or more properties was great.

Occupations in prison

According to P4 Blekinge, the prosecutor has been in prison for at least seven years as well as forensic psychiatric examination. It is also demanded that the man be deported and banned from returning to Sweden in 15 years.

The 23-year-old was badly injured and was hospitalized in the spring, and then moved to the detention center. He has constantly denied crime.

The house served both as a residence and as a hostel and early after the incident, the owner Kåre Johansson told us that the house should be restored:
