Amendments supported by 77.84% of voters after processing 85% of protocols

According to RIA Novosti, 21.35% of citizens voted against the amendments.

Earlier, the chairman of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova said that the turnout was tentatively 65%.

The CEC promised to take all necessary measures in order to prevent cases of double voting on amendments to the Constitution.
