Amendments supported by 69% of voters after processing 5.3% of protocols

“At 5:30 p.m. Moscow time: 5.3% of PEC protocols were introduced ... More than 69% of those who voted for the constitutional amendments," the commission said in a Telegram. 

According to the data at 18:00, the turnout at the vote was 63.32%.  

Earlier, the first voting results were published based on the results of processing 0.79% of the protocols, according to which 72.92% supported the adoption of the amendments.
